Representative Johansen moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                              
House consider the Senate message (page 1084) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 199(FIN) am                                                                                           
    "An Act making appropriations, including supplemental                                                                       
    appropriations and capital appropriations; amending

amendment to CSHB 199(FIN) am, thus adopting SCS CSHB
(FIN), and recommended that the members vote yes.
